Can we set up regular chair massage sessions with Zeel?

Of course. Many Zeel corporate customers book recurring sessions, with frequency ranging from weekly to quarterly with corresponding discounts to the per hour rate.. We can also accommodate a one-time event.

How long are the individual chair massages?

Our default massage lengths are 12, 15, or 20 minutes per individual. Each session includes hands on time plus a 2-minute turnover to reset between individuals. You can customize the slot length by adding notes to your booking. The minimum session length including a 2-minute turnover is 10 minutes, and the maximum session length is 30 minutes.

How far in advance do we need to schedule a chair massage event?

Depending on therapist availability, you can book a chair massage event online with as little as 4 hours’ notice and up to 60 days in advance.

How do our employees sign up for individual massage slots?

If you want employees to sign up for slots, that’s easy to schedule with Zeel's web site. Employees just create an account with a sign up link we’ll provide, and select their desired slot time online. They will receive a confirmation email and can cancel their slot online so another employee can take it if they need to. You can also choose to have a “walk-up” event with no predetermined individual slot times.

Can I provide notes to the therapists, such as parking instructions?
